Dark chocolate (70% minimum) boasts positive effects on stress levels, inflammation, mood, memory, and immunity. Cacao is a major source of antioxidants and flavonoids, supporting cognitive, endocrine, and cardiovascular health.

Egg Whites, Coconut Sugar, and Dark Chocolate are the only ingredients!

Whip egg whites (depending on servings, I used 14) and coconut sugar (to taste for sweetness, I used 1/2 cup) together in a mixer until fluffy and stiff.

Delicately fold in melted dark chocolate. The more the richer! I used 2 cups.

Portion into greased ramekins (dust the vessels with sugar to avoid sticking to sides).
Bake until risen. 280 degrees for ten minutes depending on your oven. For a molten inside bake for less time.

Enjoy!
